The annual Otley Benchmarking Survey is currently being sent out to ALL BUSINESSES within the town to understand Business Confidence and Performance compared to the last few years and other towns up and down the country.
By establishing the trading conditions within the town centre, stakeholders (Otley BID and Otley Town Council) can focus their regeneration efforts on building on existing strengths and addressing specific issues.
You will receive a paper copy of this survey through the post, but you can also complete the survey online using the link below (please DO NOT complete both!).
